other purpose than for a rifle range or ranges for the use of His Majesty's Navy.

All reservations and exceptions of stones and minerals and

all covenants and stipulations by Crown Lessees with reference

to drainage repairs and nuisance/usually inserted in Crown

Leases of Crown Lands in the Colony of Hongkong shall be

deered and accepted by the Commissioners as part of the

reservations and exceptions and stipulations of the terms

herein comprised.

All powers and duties of the Director of Fublic Morks as

the Surveyor to His said Majesty conferred upon him by such

Crown Lease or by any Ordinance in force for the time being

within the said Colony of Hongkong are hereby conferred upon

the said Director of Public Morks by these present terms.
